Return Policy
We accept returns only if incorrect item is shipped. Please contact us for return before you ship it back . All returned items must be the original condition. All return requests must be made within 30 days of the receipt of the item.
Shipping Information
Add your favorites to your cart and to proceed to checkout to calculate your final shipping costs. Contact us for any possible combined shipment. Purchased item will be dispatched within one to two days after order unless otherwise stated. Normal shipment requires 7 to 14 working days subject to changes caused by various factors in different countries or courier providers. Kindly refer to the Store Policies page for any update and details.
Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up, do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
For EU customers
To comply with the new EU Customs Tariff effective from July 1st 2026, all EU customers shall be contacted by their respective local Customs Authority for collecting an import tax of US5.6 (€5) before domestic delivery completed.
For U.S. customers
Applicable import tariffs will be calculated and paid when the package is lodged with shipping agent prior to departure from the port of origin. The price shown at checkout on our website is the final amount payable.
